Cermat Dalam Migrasi ke Simpati PeDe

Pada artikel kali ini, akan dibahas mengenai produk baru telkomsel yang dinamai simpati Pede, yang tarifnya sangat murah.
Produk ini juga memberikan kemungkinan kepada pengguna lama untuk berpindah dari simpati Reguler menjadi simpati PeDe

Akhir-akhir ini seluruh pengguna simPati seperti mendapat hadiah Natal dari Santa Claus Telkomsel. Mungkin karena bertepatan warna-warna yang digunakan oleh simPati adalah warna kostumnya Sinterklas (St.Claus), yakni warna Merah dan Putih .

simpatiPede adalah namanya. Sebuah paket/ produk Baru keluaran telkomsel, yang memberikan banyak sekali kemurahan dan kemudahan.
Kemurahan, karena memang tarifnya sangat murah, tarif bicara 0.5 rupiah per detik (setara dengan 30 rupiah per menit), setelah menit pertama (Rp. 1500) , ke seluruh indonesia. Tarif antar operator juga dihitung per detik, juga berlaku ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia.

Bagaimana dengan tarif SMS ?

Pertanyaan bagus !, tarif SMS standar saja, 299 rupiah per SMS, dan tidak terhitung sebagai tarif off-peak.

Singkatnya, bila anda adalah orang yang suka ngobrol berlama-lama dibanding ngeSMS, mungkin ini akan menjadi suatu pilihan baik buat anda.

Nah, di atas telah diutarakan sedikit mengenai migrasi.
Migrasi yang dimaksudkan disini adalah mengenai migrasi dari simpati reguler ke simpati Pede. Jadi, pengguna simpati lama yang merasa kurang sreg dengan tarif ngomongnya telkomsel saat ini, yakni 1500 per menit untuk sesama (lokal)/4500 per menit untuk sesama (interlokal), maka anda dapat berpindah ke simpati Pede.
Caranya ?

Gampang, cukup tekan *880#, disitu akan ada instruksinya untuk pindah ke simpati PeDe.
Hal yang perlu anda perhatikan adalah, selain memutuskan untuk merelakan 3000 rupiah untuk biaya migrasi ke simpati PeDe, ketika anda memutuskan untuk pindah ke tarif perDetik, (PeDe pada simpatiPede berarti : PerDetik), anda harus benar2 memahami hal2 baru ini, yakni
bahwa tarif sms akan menjadi 350 per SMS, tarif per menit pertama adalah 1500 rupiah, namun pada menit keduanya dst menjadi 0.5 rupiah per detik, dan anda tidak mendapatkan segala feature simpati seperti tarif malam, 600 rupiah per menit untuk pukul 22.00-23.00 dan 300 rupiah per menit untuk pukul 23.00-07.00. Dan tidak ada bonus bicara, serta tidak dapat menggunakan bonus sms off-peak, singkat kata, segala feture dari simpati Reguler tidak anda temui, setelah migrasi.

Nah, setelah migrasi ke simpati Pede, misalkan anda merasa menyesal, anda dapat pindah lagi ke simpati Reguler, caranya sama, tekan *880#, ikuti instruksi untuk kembali ke tarif perMenit, namun untuk ini semua, anda akan dikenakan biaya 3000 lagi heheheehehehe.. disini nih letak ‘jebakan’ nya. (maaf jika saya menyebutnya demikian).

So, pesan Saya, tetaplah teliti untuk memutuskan melakukan migrasi ke simpati PeDe atau tidak ?
Mengapa ?
Karena tidak semuanya untung. So, lakukan migrasi ke simPati PeDe, hanya jika anda memang sedang butuh berbicara banyak lewat telepon, dan jika memang tidak begitu perlu berbicara begitu banyak lewat telepon seluler, anda pindah saja lagi ke simpati Reguler.

Semoga anda bisa menangkap maksud dari penulisan artikel ini. Bukan mau menginduksikan bahwa simpati Pede tidak berguna, tapi, tetaplah teliti dalam memilih migrasi. Jika memang melakukan migrasi secara terus menerus menjadi keuntungan bagi anda, mengapa tidak ? Kalau memang anda telah memperhitungkan untung ruginya.

Intinya, tetaplah bijaksana dan teliti

Hari ini, Sabtu 8 Mar 08 saya ke telkom karena tertarik dengan program baru telkom: Speedy 99ribu dan 168ribu. Murah kan? Siapa yang tidak mau punya internet di rumah dengan harga sebesar itu?Brosurnya saya ambil dan saya baca, untuk yang belum tahu ini perinciannya:

1. Speedy Time Based, Rp 200ribu/bulan, download sepuasnya 50jam, lebih kena tambahan Rp 25/menit. Itu belum termasuk ppn 10% + meterai Rp 3ribu.

2. Speedy Personal, Rp 200ribu/bln, pemakaian 1GB/bulan, lebih kena Rp 0.5/kb belum Ppn 10% + meterai 3ribu.

3. Speedy Profesional, Rp 400ribu/bulan, pemakaian 3GB/bulan, lebih kena Rp 0.5/kb belum Ppn 10% + meterai 3ribu.

4. Speedy Office, Rp 750ribu/bln, unlimited, belum Ppn + meterai.

5. Speedy Warnet, Rp 1.750ribu/bln, unlimited, belum Ppn + meterai.

Untuk program 1 sampai 3, dihargai Rp 168ribu.

Untuk no 4 dan 5, Rp 99ribu.

NOTE: untuk mendapat paket ini, berlangganan minimal 5 bulan.

Setelah baca brosur tadi saya langsung curiga, koq buat no 4 dan 5 jatuhnya murah banget? Masa cuma Rp 112ribu (99ribu + 9.9ribu + 3ribu), apa telkom ga rugi ato gimana perhitungannya nih?

Setelah giliran saya ke customer service, barulah saya tahu kalau itu cuma akal-akalan telkom alias pemancing supaya masyarakat tertarik pasang internet. Biaya 99ribu dan 168ribu itu ternyata cuma biaya pendaftaran dan aktivasi, sementara modemnya gratis. Sedangkan paket apapun yang dipilih, biaya bulanan yang dibayar tetap sama.

Sekedar info, waktu saya pasang internet, biaya aktivasi 75ribu, Ppn 10% + meterai 6ribu, total Rp 88.5ribu. Itu belum termasuk modem yang harganya antara 300ribu sampai yang termahal saya tidak ingat berapa.

Saya tidak terlalu kecewa karena sudah curiga duluan dengan keterangan di brosur jadi sudah siap dan antisipasi dengan penjelasan dan jawaban dari petugas so, saya sih nyantai aja dengar penjelasannya. Tapi bagaimana dengan orang lain yang mau ganti paket misalnya, termasuk saya? Ternyata promo ini tidak berlaku buat yang sudah berlangganan, tapi untuk pemasang yang sama sekali baru.

Kalau saya mau ganti paket tetap bisa, tapi promo itu tidak berlaku dan harga yang saya bayar tergantung pilihan paket mana yang mau di ganti/tukar. Tapi biaya bulanan juga jadi berubah di bulan berikutnya kalau anda ganti paket lewat dari tanggal 1.

Misalkan dari paket 3GB jadi 1GB dan ganti di tengah bulan, yang dihitung adalah paket 3GB ditambah biaya kelebihan, akibatnya anda mungkin bingung koq biaya yang keluar lebih mahal dari paket 3GB? begitu juga kalau dari 1GB ke 3GB.

Lain halnya kalau ganti paket tepat di tanggal 1 bulan berikutnya, maka paket lama tetap dibayar seharga sesuai dengan ketentuan. Perinciannya agak rumit dan saya sendiri juga sudah lupa walaupun catatannya masih saya simpan.

Ternyata telkom bukan bersaing dengan provider lain dengan harga murah, tapi cuma memancing dan menjebak calon konsumen sementara biaya dan pelayanan yang diberikan tetap sama.Tidak ada terobosan atau program baru yang lebih efektif yang sama-sama menguntungkan perusahaan & konsumen. Ini sama sekali bukan cara cerdas, tapi mungkin justru menjebak telkom sendiri, akibatnya konsumen pasti akan lebih milih provider lain yang lebih murah atau pelayanan lebih bagus.

Kalau fastnet masuk daerah saya, sudah lama saya bakal ganti ke fastnet. Sayang indovision dan fastnet tidak MAU – bukan tidak bisa – masuk daerah saya karena dari segi ekonomi tidak menguntungkan untuk mereka. Peminat tv kabel terlalu sedikit dan pola pikir orang di daerah saya cenderung sederhana dan lambat ngikutin trend teknologi terbaru.

Mudah-mudahan topik yang saya tulis ini bisa membantu orang lain lain agar tidak terjebak oleh telkom dengan iming-iming paket murah tapi sebenarnya mahal itu.

Featuring a massive supporting cast which includes Mandy Moore, Miranda Richardson, Wallace Shawn, Jon Lovitz, Kevin Smith, Amy Poehler, and Justin Timberlake, Southland Tales received its world premiere at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival; director Kelly also created an accompanying series of three graphic novels which chart these events and characters prior to this story.
